Bet2invest is about playing fair. Please respect the following competition rules (the "Rules"), respect other tipsters and play without trickery or fraud. 

Tipsters who do not respect the Rules may be punished and excluded from the competition by the website staff. Rules updated: 22/11/2023

The Competition Organiser:

SAS Bet2invest whose registered office is located at 99 A Bd Constantin Descat, 59200 Tourcoing, France (the "Organiser" , "we" , "us" , "our" ),

the owner of the bet2invest.com website (the "Website" ) is the organiser of the online tipster competition (the "Competition").

Eligibility:

In order to participate in the Contest organized by the Website, the participant (the "Tipster", "Tipster", "you", "your" ) must be over 18 years of age.

The language used by the Tipster to publish predictions must comply with the version of the site on which it is located.

Consequently, the Tipster must publish his predictions and his possible written analyses in his native language or, by default:

1.   In English if you use the English version of the website
2.   In German if you use the German version of the website
3.   In Spanish if you use the Spanish version of the website
4.   In French if you are using the French version of the website
5.   In Italian if you are using the Italian version of the website
6.   In Portuguese if you are using the Brazilian version of the website

Predictions published in a manner other than that described, or in a language not listed here, will be considered invalid.

However, it is not obligatory to provide a written analysis of these predictions.

The competition is open worldwide, but restrictions are in place in the excluded countries (as defined below). 

Tipsters who are permanently resident in an excluded country are permitted to enter the competition but are not eligible to receive the cash prize due to legal restrictions currently in place.  

Countries that may be excluded include, but are not limited to: 

Afghanistan, Burkina Faso, Colombia, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ethiopia, Iraq, Mali, Nigeria, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Russia, Yemen and certain states of the United States. The Promoter may add or remove countries and territories from the Excluded Countries list from time to time at its sole discretion in order to comply with applicable laws, regulations, regulatory requirements, guidelines and industry codes of practice. However, it is the responsibility of Tipsters to keep themselves informed of the laws and regulations applicable to them, depending on their country of residence.

By entering the competition, Tipsters agree to the competition rules and privacy policy , both of which are published on the website.

Employees and self-employed persons hired by the Organiser or one of its subsidiaries, either directly or through intermediary companies, are not authorised to take part in the competition.

How can I take part?

To publish predictions, you must first register on the website.

Only one Tipster account is authorised per household.

Participation in the competition is completely free of charge.

Publish your predictions as explained in the specific rules.

The annual competition will reward the best Tipsters over a 12-month period (01/09/20023 to 31/08/2024) and crown the winner as World Champion Tipsters.

Prizes:

The prize for this competition is €10,000 (Ten Thousand Euros) if the following objectives are fully met, and the ABM and CLV criteria comply with the technical rules described below:

• 1st Prize: €5,000 (Five Thousand Euros), if and only if the tipster achieves a ROI of 12% or more with a minimum of 400 tips over 12 months.
• 2nd Prize: €2,500 (Two Thousand Five Hundred Euros), if and only if the tipster achieves an ROI of 10% or more with a minimum of 400 tips over 12 months.
• 3rd Prize: €1,000 (One Thousand Euros), if and only if the tipster achieves a ROI of 8% or more with a minimum of 400 tips over 12 months.
• 4th Prize: €800 (Eight Hundred Euros), if and only if the tipster achieves a ROI of 7% or more with a minimum of 400 tips over 12 months.
• 5th Prize: €700 (Seven Hundred Euros), if and only if the tipster achieves an ROI of 6% or more with a minimum of 400 tips over 12 months.

If a Tipster places 400 bets before 31/08/2024, he/she must continue to place 15 bets per month until the final date of the competition.

It is important to understand that there is only one prize per level and that it will not be distributed if the objectives are not achieved.

Example 1:

If at the end of the competition we had this configuration:

1st: Tipster A: 12.10% ROI, he would win €5,000

2nd: Tipster B: 11.20% ROI, he would earn €2,500

3rd: Tipster C: 11.10% ROI, he would earn 1000€.

4th: Tipster D: 8.10% ROI, he would earn 800€.

5th Tipster E: 5.90% ROI, he would earn nothing

The €700 prize would not be distributed.

Example 2:

If at the end of the competition we had this configuration:

1st: Tipster A: 11.90% ROI, he would win 2500€.

2nd: Tipster B: 8.20% ROI, he would win 1000€.

3rd: Tipster C: 6.90% ROI, he would earn 700€.

4th: Tipster D: 5.95% ROI, he would earn nothing

5th Tipster E: 6.20% ROI, wins nothing

The prizes of €5,000 and €800 would not be awarded.

Example 3:

If at the end of the competition we had this configuration:

1st: Tipster A: 5.98% ROI, he would win nothing

2nd: Tipster B: 5.78% ROI, he would win nothing

3rd: Tipster C: 5.53% ROI, he would earn nothing

4th: Tipster D: 5.32% ROI, wins nothing

5th Tipster E: 4.99% ROI, wins nothing

No prizes will be awarded.

Participation in the competition implies that your personal details are duly completed when you enter the competition. 

If you are one of the lucky winners, you will receive information by e-mail from a member of staff. Your personal details and your bank details must be sent NO LATER THAN 23:59 CET on the 9th of the month following the end of the competition. This is because we will pay the prizes 5 working days after this time. If you fail to send what is required of you in time, you cannot be rewarded.

Technical rules :

All predictions published on the website must be original content and exclusive to the website.

The odds provided in real time by bet2invest on its website are, exclusively, those of the international bookmaker Pinnacle (Pinnacle.com).

Any analysis accompanying the predictions must be unique and demonstrate sufficient value and insight to support that particular prediction and be well articulated.

Tipsters must have published a minimum of 400 bets over the 12 months of the competition and a positive profit, as mentioned above, in order to become eligible to compete for a prize.

The betting units allowed depend on the odds of a given prediction. The table below explains what bets are allowed on particular odds ranges:

2.5 ≤ Odds < 2.75 Maximum bet allowed: 9 Units

2.75 ≤ Odds < 3 Maximum bet allowed: 8 Units

3 ≤ Odds < 4 Maximum Bet: 7 Units

4 ≤ Odds < 5 Maximum Bet: 6 Units

5 ≤ Odds < 6 Maximum Bet allowed: 5 Units

6 ≤ Odds < 8 Maximum Bet allowed: 4 Units

8 ≤ Odds < 10 Maximum Bet allowed: 3 Units

10 ≤ Odds < 20 Maximum Bet: 2 Units

20 ≤ Odds < 50 Maximum Bet: 1 Units

50 ≤ Odds < 100 Maximum Bet allowed: 0.5 Units

  Once a prediction is published, it cannot be modified.

  In the event of a prediction dispute, the description of the prediction is final. Always make sure that the description of your prediction explains your thoughts correctly.

  When prediction rules are disputed, the final decision is based on how the bookmaker, in this case Pinnacle.com, has settled the bet on its site. This means that if the bet is cancelled by the bookmaker, the bet on bet2invest is also cancelled.

  Predictions must be made before the scheduled start of the event. Once the event has started, it is no longer possible to make predictions on the event.

  Only one prediction is allowed per market on an event (Example: You can predict on the 1N2 only once, you can predict on the Over/Under only once, but you cannot predict several times on the 1N2 of the same event, or several times on the Over/Under of the same event).

Determining the winners

Your position in the rankings depends solely on your ROI (Return on Investment) and is calculated as follows:

  When you make a prediction, you select a stake. (from 0.5 to 10 Units as described above)

  If the prediction wins, the return is calculated as follows: Bet multiplied by the odds, minus The Bet 

  Example: A winning prediction with 5 Units of Stake on odds of 2.50 will yield 7.5 Units [(5 x 2.5) - 5].

  If the prediction loses, the stake is withdrawn from your bankroll.

  Example: A losing prediction with a Bet of 10 Units will result in a withdrawal of 10 Units.

  As the competition cycle progresses, all predictions (positive and negative) are automatically calculated by our own tools.

  At the end of the competition cycle, the final rankings will indicate who has won and who will receive the prizes. Predictors will be ranked from highest to lowest on the leaderboard according to ROI (Return on Investment), the number of predictions (at least 400 predictions), an average Maximum Average Bet (greater than or equal to at least $1,500) and a CLV of at least +2.8% (the punter's Closing Line Value must beat the average margin of Bookmaker Pinnacle, which is on average 2.7% (in closing odds) on football applicable to all sports in the competition).

Similarly, the artificial use of abnormal bets (example: 1 to 10U, or 10U to 1U etc) and contrary to good practice in sports betting will be punished by outright elimination.

In the unlikely event that two or more Oddsmakers finish the Contest with exactly the same ROI, the one with the best CLV (Closing Line Value) will win.

Payment of Prizes won:

All payments made by Bet2invest must be audited. We need to make sure that we offer the prizes won to the right users. Therefore, it is mandatory to fill in the following information on your Bet2invest account as soon as you enter the competition:

•   Last name
•   First name
•   Address (street name, town, postcode, country)
• Phone number
•   Your username on the website
•   Your e-mail address

For the payment of each prize, Bet2invest may ask the winners for a copy of their identity card (copy of passport, driving licence with a visible date of birth).

We have strict deadlines for our payment process. From the 3rd of the month, all winners will be contacted by our website administrators. All payments will be processed within five (5) working days and each prize will be paid in 10 instalments (1 instalment per month for 10 months).

All payments are made by bank transfer. There is no option for a Tipster to be paid in any other way.

The cash prize may be taxable depending on the laws applicable in your country of residence. It is your responsibility to declare the amount of the winnings to the tax authorities in your own country if you are required to do so. If there is an obligation on the part of the Organiser, it will be dealt with by the competent tax authorities in accordance with the applicable laws.

Personal data

The Organiser is a data controller and will process the personal data of the Tipsters in accordance with the Privacy Policy .

By participating in the Contest, the Tipster declares that he/she agrees to the processing of the following personal data: first name, last name, username of the Tipster on the Site, e-mail address, home address.

We may publish the name and surname of the winner on our Website in order to contribute to the transparency of the Competition and to comply with legislation and recommendations on advertising. You may object to the publication of this information by sending us an e-mail (contact@bet2invest.com).

If you win the prize, we may ask you for a copy of your identity card, your telephone number, proof of address and your bank details. The processing of this data is necessary for the validation of your information, the transmission/delivery of the prizes, the payment of the corresponding taxes and the verification that you have met the legislative requirements concerning the age limit for playing and participating in the Competition.

Please consult our privacy policy to familiarise yourself with more details about the processing of your personal data, with whom we share personal data, and with your rights and our obligations under the data protection rules.

Breach of the rules

All content and comments published on the website must contain polite language. Please respect your fellow Tipsters and refrain from using abusive, racist, sexist, homophobic or any other form of discriminatory language. We also ask Tipsters to avoid using any content that is intentionally provocative, for example extreme political views. The website is for everyone, regardless of who they are, where they come from or what they believe in.

Any attempt to exploit the Website system is prohibited and will result in sanctions.

Copying other people's work and publishing it on the website under your own name, intentionally exploiting bugs or otherwise trying to gain an unfair advantage over other Tipsters is absolutely not acceptable. Predictions are checked and those caught cheating or circumventing the rules will be severely punished. Conversely, honesty and respect for the integrity of the website are praised and often rewarded.

When the website administrators correct errors in tips that violate the rules listed above, they will delete all tips that would have generated a profit for the tipster. However, any incorrect tips that result in a loss for the Tipster will be allowed to remain as they would have resulted from the Tipster not complying with the rules.

The Organiser reserves the right to reward or punish Tipsters wherever it sees fit. Explanations will always be given where Tipsters operate outside the normal rules of the Competition.

Sanctions include cancellation/removal of tips, conduct warnings, temporary bans and, in certain circumstances, permanent blocking. The extent of a sanction is determined by the seriousness of the offence and whether the Tipster is a repeat offender. Cases are judged on their individual merits and the decisions taken by the Organiser are final and must be respected.

For any other problem or doubt that does not have clear guidelines in the terms and conditions above, it will be dealt with at the discretion of the administration of the website.

LICENSE OF USE

By using Bet2invest, you grant us an irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence (including the right to sub-license) to use, copy, edit, modify, publish, transmit, reformat and share your betting predictions and any other content you provide on the Website and any other media operated by the Promoter, and to permit any third party to do the same. To ensure that you receive full credit for your tips, your username and avatar will be shared with your tips . If you wish to update them to improve your anonymity (or boost your profile!), you can do so on your profile page.

Similarly, you are free to use all the free content on the Site. Similarly, feel free to republish or share any of our content on other websites or social networks. All we ask is that you link back to the original source. We want our content to reach as many people as possible, so redistribute, republish and share as you see fit - just remember to always credit us.

Any problem or doubt that does not have clear guidelines in the competition rules will be dealt with at the discretion of the website administration.  

These competition rules are governed by French law, unless the mandatory local law of your country of residence prevails. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these contest rules shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in France.
